If you'd like to try before you buy, swing by Council Oak Steaks & Seafood at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Forty Mile Road in Wheatland.  We are on the menu there and they do a wonderful job with our steaks!!

 

We also offer halves or whole beef shares.​ Our fullblood shares are priced as live cattle plus actual harvest, cut and wrap fees.  Fullbloods are $5/lb. and harvest, cut and wrap has been averaging approximately $1700 per animal.
