If you'd like to try before you buy, swing by Council Oak Steaks & Seafood at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Forty Mile Road in Wheatland. We are on the menu there and they do a wonderful job with our steaks!!
We also offer halves or whole beef shares. Our fullblood shares are priced as live cattle plus actual harvest, cut and wrap fees. Fullbloods are $5.25/lb. Harvest, cut and wrap has been averaging +/- $1700 per animal. A good rough estimate on a 1200 lb animal processed and delivered to within 50 miles of the ranch is right around $8,000.
